Hiya. I'm Emilee and I love to talk about, read, cook, and best of all eat food. To quell my foodie beast I have decided to abandon my post as Kindergarten teacher and attend culinary school.Why would I abandon a fulfilling and meaningful career in education for a life of back breaking labor and even less financial compensation than teaching you might wonder. It was a tough decision, I still miss my students, but I just love food and cooking. I don't want it to simply be a hobby or a passing interest but an integral part of my life.
